Well, I know that one alt I have and I spent for the mega diamond deal does not have them.
Some others did have Crate one, just stamina (albeit low, 11700) and Gold deal… the Gold and Crate one have 11100.
And my main had 22200 for €10. So…
… obviously still better, 42k stam costs well over $100 normally, how fair

Also, one of the alts had 22,200 for €5. So I guess 42,300 is possible to appear.
It´s a CATCHUP deal. So…
During a contest that requires stamina talk about unfair Advantage why should I get punished because I spend a bit in the game. That persons screenshot is in the same guild as me and they have a higher power than me so it’s not like they don’t spend anything

yeah… enough for 2 cap rises, or just 1 but with all the new monthly heroes (which is just 2).
what’s the goal here? not spending and then get huge advantage?
exactly, looks like a very bad move, putting pressure to others during contests and make them spend even more.

Rubbish like this wants me to quit the game. If Newbie joe got that deal I would say fair enough but that deal was handed out to someone with over 250m power.
newbies actually tend to get worse deals than anyone. 
bad baits as Mulan deals or similar…
Although that does not mean the “someone with over 250M power” spent anything last month. And it just so happened that the deal refresh gave that player a catch-up deal. Simple as that really.
And honestly, what even is the point of “spending a little” every month on the game. Like two months ago, there was barely any good reason to do so.

Also stop using the reason people get those deals because the haven’t spent this person had 300k guild influence last week I have 150k you don’t get 300k guild influence in a week with out spending stamina
Ok then that person for some reason sufficed the requirements for the good deals to spawn.
Also, it is possible to get 300k guild influence (=stamina) in a week… we had bonus on Get More Stamina. Combine that with sufficient reserves of Stamina Cost Resets and a Double Drop and you got that freely.
I haven’t purchased a deal in many months, and I had the $5 / 22k staminas appear.
I bought it and otherwise wouldn’t have, so I’d say that’s good business from PB 
yep. time to spend nothing! well done PB, really nice to think about players and make them spend less.

Monitored should be assigned to Kim Possible
Only she can apply this debuff.
And Frost to Frozone, even if there are plans it still should be assigned to them, and changed once the hero (with Monitored/Frost) is released. Just as Barley’s Distraction, was unique for one update.
Fear’s Icon should be together with other Inside Out heroes, above.
