3 Star Heroes- yay or nay?

I know PB is not really doing 3 star heroes anymore. How do people feel about this change? Is it still acceptable to do concepts with 3 star heroes? Feel free to share thoughts below and vote in the following polls:

I miss being able to get 3 star heroes. It was always a challenge, especially the shop exclusives, but it was always satisfying finally getting the hero.
