Uhm, maybe a suggestion - team could add 10M Badge Tokens to the deal now that it has the correct amount of 30,700. Just this time.
Badge Tokens are relatively volatile to use…
This skews the current contest going on so badly. 270k extra stamina. If you were in the top 10 and missed this say goodbye!

I guess the $20 voucher thingy is the end of it. Oh well…
The amount of people who claimed it was not enough that we felt it would be hurtful to let them keep it, but if we kept the not correct amount that could break the economy so we decided the best way was to let the players who grabbed the incorrect amount keep it and give the one’s who purchased and didn’t get the incorrect amount get a $20 voucher.

Breaking the economy? By giving people stamina to max some characters? That’s funny. Instead you are breaking the current contest and breaking the faith of supporters of your company.

There was not enough players who claimed the deal that we feel it would be hurtful. This is the decision we have made on this and it will not be reversed.
Let me just say that if I tapped on a 307k deal and it turned out for me to be a 30.7k deal at the end that the $20 voucher to me is useless.
Also, there is nothing interesting for me to buy for $20. The only worthy deal is for $50 and the voucher does not apply to that, so… again, useless.
I think you have created more hurt than you know. I should be thanking you. I saved 140 from not buying the deals I normally buy on both accounts.

Of course it won’t, when have you ever done anything to meet us halfway when you’ve royally messed up? This isn’t the first time a broken deal appeared and select players reaped the rewards.
And then the rest are stuck behind because that suits you - it means we’ll spend more. It doesn’t matter if you think the number was small, those people just gained an insane advantage over the rest.
And it doesn’t fix the issue of how the deal you’re currently offering is ridiculously disproportionate to the one you already sold.

According to the laws of some countries, the developer does not have much leeway here.
The laws forbid that those who got the 300k Energy deal can have it taken away by the developer.
Because it is now times a correct sales contract arose.
For example, I was able to buy an item at Media Markt for 5€, which would have normally cost 500€.
The developer can offer highest the other players somehow a compensation as a compensation.
Nobody’s asking them to take it away, we don’t want that. We want to get a fair deal compared to the one other players got so the disadvantage isn’t as big as it currently is.

I don’t think anyone wants anything taken away. Just to revert the offer to what it was for everyone else initially.

Yeeeeah, even as someone who got the deal and only really intends to use it to maintain the characters he already mains… This is one heck of a power imbalance.

It was a deal for 24h you had to let it for 24h like this all must have the 270k stam left
The incorrect deal was not up for 24 hours.
There is no more information for me to add to this that @Nugget or I have not already said and we will not be commenting further. No changes will be made further regarding this. It was a mistake and it has been fixed back to the correct amount.
