By law, they do not have to.
If you tapped on it when it was like that and proceeded to purchase before it was changed, you’d get the deal with 307K stamina.
I still feel screwed up the most. Despite getting basically free deal (because $20 voucher) there is nothing of value to buy for 20 bucks and therefore the voucher is practically useless.
IF IT SAID 30.7K STAMINA WHEN I TAPPED ON IT I wouldn’t have bothered buying it - that’s how pathetic it is.
Well, after seeing the 300k stamina deal, I won’t spend anymore. PB is just ripping player off more and more after every update. Why not stand to your mistake and leave the deal for everyone? Yeah it’s kinda unhealthy, because it’s a ton of stamina, but the amount you need to max out toons is insane too.
Also it’s a hyper boost in the contest too, why is a FTN. It’s another unfair move of PB, saying yeah we messed up, it’s your problem now, deal with it.
Just a side note, anyone remember the deal way back in the past, where they sold 300k arena tokens twice for like 10$? I remember that being my first deal ever in this game, which got taken away right after, without any compensation. I don’t say that you should take away the stamina, just give the opportunity to everybody, make your player base happy just for once. Or you gonna lose everyone soon.

As a guy who had 630k stamina consumables after S1-2-5 merge I can tell that 300k stamina consumables was not enough to max heroes at Y13. With how crafting works now and potentially becomes even more ridiculous with Y17, I doubt 300k will be enough for anything close to maxing if not done wisely…
However I can see why they are doing so… as Loutre (and Polaris before) often stated, you are only meant to keep a certain amount of heroes up.
And that’s… technically right, only about a 1/3 of heroes is generally useful and the rest is trash to ultra trash.
If you had even 50 heroes up, it could “break the economy”… that being, yes, as some already said, people not buying much because of having more than the “generous” 20-25 heroes up.
Oh and Coliseum would be harder (which, considering the XP Drinks it gives… it should). But in the way of fighting, not raising the heroes.

might be an unpopular opinion, but having just got in to see all this, I don’t think there was much better course of action PB could’ve taken 
Leaving a (relatively) cheap 300k stamina deal up is quite clearly not reasonable, and crediting vouchers to people who purchased but didn’t get it seems very generous. Also clearly, they can’t just give everyone a sudden 300k stamina to make it even.
They identified and corrected the bug pretty quickly, nobody else could buy it, those who did did so in good faith and so can keep their swag, those who were ‘inbetween’ get a bunch of free stuff anyway. Those who saw and didn’t buy it probably don’t buy much anyway, and those who didn’t see, well, whatever 
It’s much easier to see things objectively when you haven’t been personally affected

Unpopular or not you have your right to voice your opinion! Just as those before you have voiced theirs.
I can certainly see why many would be appeased by what happened especially those that got that sexy 300k stam.
Can you imagine being in a 5 day fishing contest in real life where there were some really cool prizes for the top 10? On day 4 one hundred of the 1000 participants were given full nets full of prize winning fish and an hour later the other 900 found out about it. The organizer decides he will give everyone an appetizer coupon to Applebees if you buy an entree. Everyone wins right?

I can understand your point, what I’m saying tho is, that PB took away stuff in the past from you, when they messed up. So why not this time with that many stamina? My 600l arena tokens turned into 10k. It’s just random PB decisions yet again, ripping of people

I did not point that out anyway. I merely pointed out that the few people (actually less than those that got the 300k+ deal and likely countable with just two hands) should have been given out the 300k thing instead of the pitiful 30.7k + voucher.
Yes, it´d be too generous, but I tapped on the deal with the mindset of getting 300k. Anything else is just a failure and I want my money back… but not in the sense of voucher, which is pointless since any other 20 buck deal is pathetic. Even the next recruitment deal. Got it?

Has anyone else had friends quit over this deal mistake? Paying players that missed out have been drawing last straws in s18. We’ve been pulled forward with double updates for 9 ish months and now this deal being dangled and dropped. While I understand it’s a mistake, it’s further fracturing an already beaten down group. After the corporate retreat I will hope for better. We play for fun and friends, not to be mistreated and not respected.

Ever since Colossal drinks came, with every rank, the amount of them we get from port is increased by 1. From 0-1 to 1-2,… And it should be 3-4 now. But it isn’t
Do you guys decrease the exp drinks again @Loutre? We never have enough of them and you think it is a good idea to decrease it after temporarily increase it for a short while???
Can’t be bothered with this game anymore how many mistakes do you guys make. Messing up a stamina deal is a big thing as it the main resource to progress in this game. Now people who got that deal get a unfair advantage and are getting a unfair advantage in a contest.
You can’t even ban cheaters in your game not sure why it takes so long to get rid of them.
Definitely not going to be making anymore purchases in this game you have had way to many chances but you keep on messing up.

Guys the deal was in my honor! The truth is: I said I’m leaving the game after the level cap increase. I came online and saw a deal I never saw since I play so I thought wow that’s a step into the right direction! But: we all knew that will not happen… that’s why it just made my stay in the game a little longer. I spent over 100 000 stamina bottles to upgrade all the existing heroes last update. So this deal allows you to live in about 2-3 updates more. Without tons of Disk power and tons of mod power and without hills of battle badge bits… but that’s the future! People will leave and leave…
But i wanted to say thank you for this mistake PerBlue! I knew that you will fix it as soon as you see it just like i always knew that @Loutre loves me secretly… don’t ya dear?

I remember someone was talking about it’s while ago that they secretly reduced the drop rates of XP bottles which they denied…
