What server are you seeing this lag on?
23 and 18, couldn’t get access to the others to see
but it only lasted about 15 minutes - better now

I’m from server 1. It has happened after update. 8 couldn’t access to heist and arena or even guild chat today 
I have to log out then in then out then in again … Until it works 
pls check
I had issues on server 21. Seems ok now.

There have been comments about lag and today I am confirming the lag is happening whenever there is a mass changeover in server/announcements. Today at 10am est (daily dela reset), 11am (prizewall server notification), 12 noon(war start/reward changeover) the server has been hit with a severe lag. This happened yesterday as well. It seems the only way to clear the lag is to force close the app, open any other app, then come back to the game and lag is gone. Not sure what is happening to cause this but Ive heard from several people similar issues ongoing.

I have an unclaimed diamond chest in the quest progression mini-comp under quests (I forget what it was called exactly). Since the update the icon has been replaced by the (inactive) battle pass which is preventing me from collecting the chest (I see a notification on the quest icon in the sidebar even though I have no regular quests to collect so I’m guessing the chest is still there waiting to be claimed). Is it supposed to have replaced or is the battle pass supposed to be additional? How do I collect the diamond chest/s I earned?
You should have received a message in your mailbox after Tuesday’s update with the remainder of the diamond crates from your last Diamond Quest, even the ones you hadn’t earned at that point. (Having just started a new one, I got a message with 58 crates, for example.) If you believe you didn’t get that message, I would suggest contacting in-game support.
Has the Pacha kronk disc healing bug being acknowledged? With the disc on his white skill doesn’t heal himself, and I think others can’t heal him either.
Also have below screenshot I’ve seen a few times. 0 healing with full bar

That’s intentional since you can’t have more than 5 Heroes for the event. We will change the word “starter” though

You… can´t? Not sure, but I think we had more than 5 in a super charge someday in the past.

Daisy’s purple skill is poorly designed, she will be buffed while she and another allies are charmed, making her killing her own teammates faster.
She should be fully immune to all charms, similar to Miguel, to prevent enemies taking advantage of it.
Charmed heroes only do basic attacks…
But I agree that she should be immune to charms.
They can use skills (excluding white) as well.
