Huh… it´s pretty simple. The “fail chance” tends to be just a random P1 badge for fully badged P0 hero, most of the time.
dodge as a chance to evade debuff/damage, not a single move of a skill.

Since she’s unfinished I assume Phillip is too… so can y’all make Phillip visible like y’all did to Aurora?

yeah… I don’t understand the logic behind that, if both are unfinished anyway you could at least show him… and future heroes in future. now we need to wait 2 weeks to even see him.
Chip and Dale are a City Watch Crate exclusive hero so they wouldn’t show in the other ones.
Prince Phillip will eventually be the next Prize Wall Hero and that mapping isn’t ready. Aurora is the Sign-in hero for tomorrow and that’s why she’s there!

They are in the CW shop now, so they were indeed ment to leave the crate
Nothing was solved, they aren’t in gold/diamond crates.
Shop exclusives doesn’t exist.
And they left CW crate.
They can be picked up directly from the City Watch Token shop today (by manually refreshing the shop) or just by waiting until tomorrow when it refreshes automatically.

There is an Issue I just found, every time playing DHBM, it automatically turns on Bluetooth

Such double standard! They aren’t final but 1 is in game, 1 is not At this point, I believe they don’t want Prize Wall heroes appear earlier as they are afraid players will work on them sooner than they want If that’s the case, have the courtesy to come out and say so!
And 1 more thing, they said it took them around 6 months to work on 1 new hero. 6 months! And they can’t even final their stats during that time? I call that sloppy

She doesn’t have a basic attack in the traditional sense but she does a little animation where she gains energy so I imagine this will just increase the energy she gains from that.
