ahh ok that seems fine. The team isn’t too concerned about it, but it isn’t supposed to give you any Red Skill Chips with Diamond resets so that part is intended.
Actually, that is funny.
Diamond Reset only resets 1 stage.
Elite Reset item resets all stages.
However, I take it all I can with my stashed 150 elite reset items, tyvm.
Anyway… any chance this anniversary event could be preserved and supersede the one with 3 Red Skill Chips in the future? Maybe it being a 2-day or 3-day event from the liveops team?
I would like to have it
No, what they should do is leave it permanent, they never reach the red ability tokens and the hero tokens, they cost a lot to get them
I would be up for it being permanent IF - the skill chips were limited to 8 per drop… and daily (considering both diamond resets and elite reset items) you could get max 40 per one raid per spot (as in manually able to reset 4 times with the red skill chips).
That´d pretty much be 16 skill chips per raid with a double (which is 1 more than the event now on).
@The_Real_Numi And still not enough…
I don’t know why they made the red abilities so expensive and complicated, almost 2500 hero tokens and 20,000 red ability tokens at this point and counting. They have to lower the price or give more resources to compensate
Ummm not really? Most likely the “Yellow Rank QoL” (in Roadmap) isn´t at all about Red Skill costs.
I however DO agree that Red Skill Chips should be given in higher quantities for free.
Now a 50-dollar deal gets 2k of Red Skill Crates. I´d assume at least 300-400 would be given monthly for free.
What is "QoL?
Quality of Life
Ok, I didn’t know about quality of life. Ha ha ha
And if he’s right it’s not worth spending on those offers anymore and it costs too much to raise a hero and it’s impossible to raise his red ability. I only have 2 heroes with maximum red ability, the rest are waiting but it’s taking a long time, the team has to solve these problems and others, just adding heroes.
Hm, I’m going to have to pay attention tomorrow, because I thought it was 15 red skill chips per raid, or 75 per node if you had the guild perks to raid it 5 times. And the event runs for 8 days, as well. So that would be 1200 red skill chips for two-node heroes, and 1800 red skill chips for three-node heroes; or, looking at it another way, about enough chips for 6 or 9 red skill levels at the max.
Um, no, he really didn’t. Launchpad started as a recurring character in DuckTales and became a co-star in Darkwing Duck, but Darkwing Duck himself was created specifically for his own series.
Is it safe to assume you’re also watching how the triple hero chip drop does? Because, assuming no resets, for a two-node hero we’re getting about 53 extra chips over the 8-day event, which is helpful if we already have their red skill maxed but a mere drop in the bucket if we’re still working on it.
What does that have to do with the anniversary?
Since as Loutre remarked only diamond refreshes were capped, I assume you can get pretty much infinite amount of RS chips as long as you have Elite Reset Items.
Even then - the “each stage is limited to 45 Red Skill Chips per day” is veeeeeeeeery poorly worded… since the first time around you get 75 Red Skill Chips per stage with the guild perks.
I think it should say “each stage is limited to drop the Red Skill Chips the first time around. They cannot be refreshed with diamonds, but you can refresh it with Elite Campaign Chances Reset”.
That would describe it as is currently working.
I just saw Snow White in the game
Yeah, mine had over 1,200 days. I was like, huh. Okay. Rewards for over four years. That’s fine.
Did Bagherra just get even more inconvienced?
This is why I didn’t want to discuss the anniversary, I see no reason to enthuse about a character who’s inhibiting one of my two best characters.
Looks like Bolt (the other one) is getting inhibited too:
Why couldn’t she counter Zeus instead?
@Jody_Caviness
Where are the divisions between the duck franchises?
I can never make sense of this.
As far as I know, whatever the original one was/is, DuckTales and Darkwing Duck all share the same world/continuity,
Which is why we see Launchpad so much more then the other ducks, techically speaking, he has two shows.
I just saw Snow White in my hero collection once I entered the game.
@Loutre I have just one minor issue. When I complete a trial and port fight at once (rather if I raid it or not), one time it said ‘invalid loot.’ I don’t know why it does that a few times but it does irritate me still. It hasn’t happened to mine lately (& thankfully). Does anyone have the same issue? Let me know if it happens to yours. That’s all I’m going to say for now.
It is associated with raiding team trials/ports after fighting in Anniversary trials.
Basically think about it this way - Team Trials are PvE irregardless of the internet connection, while Anniversary one (as all Trial Events before) are PvE dependent upon the internet connection.
Zeus doesn’t need a counter. He needs a nerf.
Bagheera needs a better counter.
Toons that offer precise are not worth maintaining.
Mr inc, jumba, triton, Phil = BAD.
Bolt is only good with the clawhouser disk. I did the cat disk first and found out the hard way that it is useless. The clawhouser disk is why he’s OP.
Magica’s stats are so bad to dust her off for her megavolt disk would be a waste of resources.
The main part is that it gives Basic Damage (boosts purple). Plus drains energy, thus making him an efficient drain bomb.
No wonder he has no Evasion or Tenacity.
Zeus on the other hand. Practically does the same, better and even has working Evasion.
I see they try to make it so he does not have guaranteed f.crit even with 4 maxed BD mods, but sadly that won’t be enough.
Also, no need to tell me that the dev team “is not nerfing Zeus”. Last few heroes, decreasing his f. crit and Snow White are clear evidence of the opposite.
