4 Year Anniversary!

That pretty much brings up a good point.
Especially internet connections, you know?:triumph:

I remember from what I heard that long ago (before I even came to it) the game did not sync as much as it does. I know why it is - that you could view back then what would you get in Diamond Crates with Airplane Mode and then undo it by closing the game and removing stored data.

Nowadays it would only be useful to get free Prize Wall Tier 100, which is obviously undesired by the dev team. (The logic behind it being to pay for Tier 60 and Tier 100 borders.)

Ummm… About Snow, wasn’t she supposed to be on this week’s Prize Wall?

It will start after Syndrome’s.

I see, yeah Syndrome’s kinda confused me.

@Loutre Can we possibly get clarification from the team about this ability? This Skill being here seems like it would be for a character that is immune to the effects of Charm and could gain a bonus from not being Charmed themselves. If the team is under the effects of Charm, would this not kick in and cause her to be stronger during her own Charm phase?

I feel like the Charm immunity was neglected in the development process somehow or this Skill needs a rework or caveat added maybe? It just seems weird knowing that other group Charm heroes exist, including an upcoming one she seems to be here for…

She starts tomorrow

Players already noticed this issue, and yes, her being charmed also cause buffs on her, so it’s poorly designed skill, but making her immune to charms will fix it, but question is… will pb ever do that?

We are looking into this and seeing if we’re able to make any possible changes that will not need higher approval.

Gold crate? Diamond crate? Can this event never appear it’s always useless.

Uhm, I find one thing weird.

It is perfectly ok for the team to be generous enough to give 5k skill chips for each of the Mickey and Friends hero (so total 25k skill chips) for the anniversary.

On the other hand the team is stingy enough to give 500 Red Skill Crates during the entire month
(500 x 50 = guaranteed 25k skill chips, maybe more). And technically those give mostly one Red Skill level per hero, at best two for some.

Because they were old heroes so it barely matters.

Now it’s 1/3 or 1/2 for single skill level at max.

That’s great feedback! We’re currently planning on looking into the Red Skill Chips being limited after the Anniversary is finished so I’ll let them know how you feel about the Red Skill Crates specifically being limited.

About the red skills, I also want to add that I loved the elite triple drops with red skill chips!

Since the endless double caps started all my red skills fell so far behind and I thought it was unrecoverable. But with this event I’ve been able to get most of my top heroes’ red skills caught up again to their level! I’ve been playing more lately because I don’t feel so far behind.

I wish we had this event more often. Or at least made the red skill chip drops in elite a permanent thing. Especially with double caps, where we need to level up twice as fast but have no way to increase the rate at which we get hero & red skill chips.

So yeah! Thanks for the elite boost.

This should be the standard drop in Elite campaign. Currently as standard there’s just no reason to farm it because the hero chip drops are so minuscule compared to what is required to work on red skills.

The triple hero/skill chips don’t feel like we are gaining a huge excess (ie. as a triple normal/trials/port would), it just feels satisfactory to enable more reasonable advancement of red skills.

If there would be concern about it affecting low level players who don’t yet have red skills, a modifier to enable/increase it could be added as a L5 (or L6…) guild perk :man_shrugging:

Shouldn’t Daisy be in the DuckTales collection?

Completely agree, elite has not scaled with the game. It really needs attention

I think it would be enough, if possible, to change the Red Skill Crates to work like those special for Diamonds.

Meaning they would give either 1x, 1.5x or 2x the server level. Or maybe team level I don´t know, although that makes a gap between top players and those in mid-game (say level 200-230, before Yellow rank).

So, as I imagine it being:
70% chance to get 1x server level amount of Red Skill Chips = 305, soon 310 after cap raise
25% chance to get 1.5x server level amount of Red Skill Chips = 458, soon 465 after cap raise
5% chance to get 2x server level amount of Red Skill Chips = 610, soon 620 after cap raise

One level will be 195 skill chips after the cap raise, so 310 is about 1.5 level; 465 is about 2.3 levels and 620 is about 3.2 levels.

I agree and they should increase the number of badges that the tests give because they are not enough for the demand of the 34 Ranks for which we are going or, in another case, leave the triple drops in tests permanently and be open every day. Too much stamina is spent getting badges that should be spent on elite campaign tokens or red, orange, and yellow badges.

…Why not just change the trials to give more bits… as in after 5-6 it would be 6-7, 7-8 etc.

One needs staggering 150 Escape Plans to raise a hero to Y13… that is 3000 bits. Even with triple we get only max 108 bits, so need 30 Trial Resets for just one hero to suffice Escape Plans.

Whereas if it continued, the ballpark would be somewhere at 50+ bits per raid, so 300 per trial reset on 1x. Or 900 per trial reset on triple, meaning it would only need 3 additional resets instead of 30.
