That is still an ongoing investigation, unfortunately hard to pinpoint because it’s not an issue on our side, it’s due to the third party we work with for ads

Thanks for this feedback, I’ll bring back to the team. This is interesting to hear, because as we were discussing balance, we were worried that she may be just a little too overpowered, but wanted to get her out by Monday. We’ll review and see if she is due changes.

The gap between her and other new heroes and refreshed heroes is just too big. She doesn’t need 10T damage… but 5T~ would be ok.
Her issue unlike almost anyone else, she doesn’t gain any skill power and basic damage via disk or red skill. Especially as passive is around her basic attacks, and she deals near no damage with it, so the reality gain is small, then her white skill deals poor damage. This is just Rose again, and Rose got her buff shortly after.
And as wildcard… she has no patches, so another punishment.

Also, her revive is broken.
When Eda revives she first applies scare and then applies berserk to herself.
When she applies that scare to Dante or Tron they deal damage to her instantly before that berserk.
This results in her dying and not reviving properly.

Well, she is not. She is mediocre, to say the least, with overcomplicated skill set. I can barely remember what her skills do 
I remember I had easy time completed friend campaign with Nega, Jake, Kuzco, even when they were just Y0. Right now, my Eda is at Y24 and I’m still stuck 
So, I think, she is due for a stat increase

If you really think she is mediocre because she can’t solo lines like Dante can. I think you need to worry about building better teams.
She makes up for her “low” damage with her kit.

Nobody said about solo lines with her.
Her damage is significantly lower than anything recently added and refreshed, a lot times lower.
Just open eyes and look at damage differences.

I don’t know how many times or how loud do we need to tell you this
We don’t have enough hero chips! And we barely earn them from every source…
The diamond crates you give us are not enough. The amount of drop is horrible. The same thing could be said about wish crates
So, please help us with hero chip economy!
A few simple solutions:

Add 2 star and 3 star heroes to gold crates

Increase the amount of crates we could buy at once
-
Increase the drops of gold and diamond crates
-
Hero chips should be guaranteed in elite campaign

Add more hero chips slots in token shops

I would argue Eda’s damage isn’t too low but latest refreshes and releases’s damage is too high instead…
Considering 99% of heroes straight up can’t damage her, she really doesn’t need to also kill everything. I’d rather keep her as she is now, but sure, having more damage and cutting the BD and SP removal from disk would also be fine. Both is just too much

Tell that to whoever design friend campaigns
People are really overestimating Dante. He is annoying, true, but after 10 sec, he is not that hard to defeat. I take him down every time. In fact, I kind of regret to ever working on him

From that, he implies that Nega, Jake and Kuzco could’ve solo campaign at Y0, while Eda at Y24 couldn’t.
And I agree, her raw damage is low compared to the refreshed toons. But when she can do 50% damage based on her reality, and enemies reality. Shield herself and her team, apply 75% damage reduction and debuf dodge. Does she really need a stats refresh to make her more OP?

She isn’t even OP…
She needs a buff.
And without disks, most enemies have 100-200M base armor/reality, which doesn’t help her as well.
And there are also debuffs which remove reality, reducing Eda’s damage further.
You really can’t pleas people.
They cry everytime a new hero gets refreshed to the trillion damage but when PB release a “low” damage hero with a kit to make up for it. They ask for stats refresh
