I mean… it´s barely any diff.
I have the same issue with the videos that end with the fast forward symbol, which seems to be over half the videos. Like you im loosing at least half my port double crates because of this issue

We are all having visual issues with certain heroes for a long time, so are you aware of fixing them like Sarah(Blue Skill Loop) and Ralph (problems with lineup formation from top to bottom)?

@TheGrillFather will we ever have any improvement/change/update with hero chip economy? The situation right now is so bad
would be enough if Diamond Crates in Prize Wall were substituted with Wish Crates…
There was an issue momentarily for certain servers, but it has been addressed! Please send in a ticket if things continue to be strange, so we can keep track.

Some of the advertisements (just to get rewarded with gems, double prizes, etc.) doesn’t show the exit button on the top right corner. No matter how much I tried reporting them just to get rid of them, and yet they keep showing up for a stupid amount of reasons.

Is Eda bugged?
She seems to be able to dodge nearly 100% of abilities, even against precision, without having any actual abilities that grant dodge - only dodging debuffs.
Am i reading her kit right, or am I missing an ability somewhere that grants this level of evasiveness?

Refresh at least two heroes each per franchise! Anything. This is nightmare.
Wildcards: Meilin and Basil
DuckTales: Donald and Huey
Atlantis: Audrey and Vinny
Such a nothing season. Literally nothing, no refreshes, no rewards…
Use scalings from other newest refreshes, and give them same values in armor, reality, basic damage to their disks…

I can’t believe how hard it is with Ducktales trial even after they said they would decrease the difficulty 
It is a nightmare…why rush things like this? I want to skip this month trials bad. It is beyond…and this is just the 1st day…
And why on earth would they put refreshed heroes against a bunch of un-refreshed heroes? Even with lower ranks, enemies are still way stronger…
I don’t have much hope for Atlantis trial either… Nor the franchise trials next season after this one… It is Xmas and New year, meaning they will have much less time…
@TheGrillFather could it be possible for the team to ban refreshed heroes from last 3 patch seasons and last 4 released heroes from appearing in franchise trials?
At least until a proper balance is given throughout.
Also, may I please ask to change Use 10 when trying to get stamina to at least “Use 10,000” aka 600,000 raw stamina. And when it’s not possible it would just give max possible amount.
EDIT: we could also share feedback about how we would like to balance heroes. I certainly have a few ideas for many of them to at least temporarily bring them to a more similar level.

I wanted to double check with the team that I’m also not crazy, so Eda does not directly dodge Precise, however in certain cases like if Eda has invisibility, enemies with Precise would be able to see her and attempt to debuff her, which is then dodged by her Red Skill.
I apologize for this frustration! We’ll run through the enemy hero pool again and see if we can find a middle ground.

I think eda’s disk with meling have a bug at 3 stars the value doesn’t rise from the amount it was at 1 star
