Ok, first the skill chips are tied to each character, and now unlocking each red skill requires 200 chips. PerBlue has officially lost their minds, this is insane.

Yeah my only six starred heroes are Stitch, Moana, and Darkwing. And for those I only have 13, 28, and 5 extra chips. Guess it’s time to start saving more, especially since upgrading mods also takes many chips.
