So basically what happened is that me and my guildmates found out a bug in the game to get extra rewards from the contest and I had my account suspended, who’s in the wrong here? Because personally I don’t think I should have my account suspended for something that Perblue didn’t pay attention to in the past or now.

Hello! We only suspended accounts for this if they had gone from more than 2 guilds to get rewards or had previous cheating warning/bans on the account.
Clearly jumping from guild to guild to gain rewards is not intended behavior and as you were exploiting a bug to gain more rewards we feel a suspension is fair. We will also be removing the extra rewards from the account if we have not done that already.
