I strongly believe Red+14 is the Last Red Rank before Yellow.

Most likely not. Did u see a pattern? The ranks per colour increased by 2x after blue. For example, White (1), Green (2), Blue (3), Purple (4), Orange (8). Red should be 16 ranks. But it might end at Red+14

Probably not released yet. They want to wait for a limit then they release new ranks. That’s a possibility.
