All I can think of is a brand-new hero that has break-dancing skills. And the fact that this update is said to be electrifying, all I can hear is techno music. I might know on who the next hero is, but ain’t saying it.
A support hero that amps up his/her allies with break-dancing to encourage them in the battlefield? Possibly. That’s my idea.

I don’t know if likely character, but when I saw electric reference earlier being mentioned it made me think of Sparky from Lilo and Stitch.
Guess we will have to wait and see though :-).
