If you reported the people you think did more than 2 battles with the exploit, you could still get promoted if you notice it right away.

Today again a new mistake by your teams. You granted invasion boost to all Lilo and stitch characters (not only the villains).
That kind of mistake often occurs.
In trials too you forgot.
So all players that use Lilo and stitch Heroes in invasion this week and bad heroes on trials should be considered as using an exploit ?
Perblueâs team has to take itâs responsabilities and make less mistakes before calling us cheaters.
Villaintines Invasion substitutes a Trial Event⌠so of course older Trial Event heroes are powered up!
Then another problem accurs⌠PB didnât said a thing.
And Loutre said months ago that there will be at least one trial event per month, they followed that until now, so far. I hope there will be trial event in second part of February.

But you donât value the players that didnât use an exploit, rather, you shut those players off from being able to even compete in Arena and Coli this season, and are deciding to reward the players who exploited your error to the detriment of all others. Iâm sorry, but this is the most backward response to this issue possible.
All players should receive top rewards for this season. That is the only way to resolve this. Your error should not be to the detriment of those players who were not able to exploit the system you created.
