People here think more fast, solve problems more fast and noone sees where is issue? 
I agree to those people who said to reset all - the most effective way and you fix it than calm.

@Samm the reset is a very good idea. It’s quick. No update. We are still at the beginning of the ‘week’. Unlock more fights in Arena as low compensation at least.

If someone posts how the bug works and which heroes to use, then the post gets deleted by PB staff…

And honestly, it is all over discord and ingame anyway
so the only thing they are accomplishing by deleting posts, is disadvantaging some players - which is wrong
it is their fault, they should own up to it and fix it

I’ve been careful not to use it in the hope that those who haven’t will get some sort of compensation or reward, given that PB have often been quite heavy-handed dealing with ‘abuse of bugs’ 
But it’s looking more and more like unless I do exploit the bug, I’m just getting left behind with no remedy coming any time soon…

Agreed. I don’t think they are able\willing to differentiate between those who used it and those who didn’t. Best case scenario is PB will give everybody (on all servers) a free 1x diamond crate as compensation for the situation.

IIRC, the last time there was an exploit like this that allowed some players to get hundreds of thousands of points, PerBlue put in some sort of fix within a few days, but allowed the points gained before then to stand.
I’d really rather not try using the exploit myself, but I’m worried if I don’t, we’ll get a repeat of last time and I’ll be locked out of Division I by those who did use it. It would really be helpful to see some sort of information today beyond “we’re working on it” and “it’s a complicated issue”.

Honestly, I think the lack of communication is a clear sign of where the game is headed, just sad that it is sooner than everyone expected.
I feel sorry for Samm, being brought on at the worst possible time and just having to deal with all of this bad news and chaos.
I think it will follow suit to just carry on…
The rewards are so small to not make any significant difference anyway

Well, Samm isn’t new. But it’s clear that this isn’t their actual job and they’ve just got the short end of the stick having to find time to do it, after the mass layoffs that impacted the team (and thus the players)

Agree on direction. I’ll keep playing for a while, but I’ve stopped paying since there’s no point in throwing money into such uncertainty.

I knew that the bug was there, but did not go out looking for it. I got it by accident on the last day of the last “week”. I was already in 1st place with a comfortable margin, so my placement didn’t move, but it did make for A MUCH bigger margin.
Since then, it seems like everyone is doing it, and given the lack of response from pb, it seems like defacto condoning this.
Ultimately, I think they should just disable the bonus as they have done easily in the past (rather than trying to fix it) reset everyone’s score from this week, and give all the keys and extra attacks.
I’ll happily eat the thousands of diamonds and time I spent trying to figure out how I can maximize this bug in order to try to have a chance in arena / coli.

I am just gonna leave this here and pray people stop moaning about the bug/issue or whatever the problem is. PB are working on a fix & continually posting or moaning about it isn’t helping anyone, especially PB. We know there is a bug, and the teams to use said bug have been dished around the servers, and it is your individual choice whether or not you decide to use it. My theory is, if you can’t beat them, join them. If you aren’t going to use them, you haven’t really got a right to moan that you can’t beat them with the current bug active. If you change your defence to 1 hero, the huge scores cannot be made against you. This shouldn’t have happened, but it has, so use it or don’t, but please stop moaning about it! it’s being dealt with by @Samm and other members of the PB team, and it is obviously not an easy fix. Patience is a virtue and quite a few of you here need to learn that instead of moaning continuously.

I just wish they reset. Now I have no chance of being promoted. I know it’s difficult to deal with bugs. But letting all the scores stand was the easy way out. A reset would have been more fair
