How you do the below weekly quest if you’re completed all the Hero Collections?

The quest should be given to you if you have completed all collections on platinum III. That’s at least how it describes itself under that I-dot-thing

Perblue are rerunning old challenges but looks like they didn’t check that everyone can do them.
I’ve already completed all the hero masteries so cannot do Avid Collector either.
