“Crystal Pure” is from Darkwing Duck. Specifically the episode “Dry Hard”, in which DW faces the Liquidator, formerly crooked bottled water mogul Bud Flud. The name comes from Liquidator’s brand of water (Sparkling Crystal Pure Flud Water), and the image is based of his henchwomen/jingle girls who wear giant water bottle costumes.
