O’Reilly Lucky Coin - Luck of the Irish (this one just came to me out of the blue. It’s a Disney Channel Original Movie where the coin is pretty much the MacGuffin that improves the wearer’s luck and lets leprechauns pass as humans. …it’s weird.)

Honestly, just an out of the blue recollection and a reconfirmation from browsing the synopsis on Wikipedia. The three things I could remember without going there were the plain mom suddenly being super Irish all of a sudden, the characters realizing the lead’s coin was stolen when the coin sticks to a magnet (as gold’s not magnetic), and the climactic basketball game ending with the evil leprechaun being banished to Cleveland. …again, it’s weird.
I also made an edit about the Cata-pea-lt, in that it’s probably from The Rescuers Down Under.
