Badge Origins

@Filadae_Djaq, I know a few. (These are some of my gut feelings. I’m guessing. So sorry if the info is not correct)

Dull sword - Sword in the Stone
Homeopathic Cure - Cars
Grappling Hook - Gravity Falls

Yeah I’ve mentioned this one before.

The Treasure In A Bottle badge contains the RLS Legacy from Treasure Planet inside of the bottle. If you zoom all the way in on the ship, you should be able to identify it. So it’s actually a secret TP-inspired badge.

Any particular reason this still isn’t on the list @Filadae_Djaq?

I hadn’t updated the list yet.

I updated it now

There’s a lot of brand new badges that were just added from today’s app and server update. It appears that some of the new ones were inspired by The Muppets, Gummi Bears, and Onward, which that makes sense considering that Ian Lighthoot from the latest Pixar movie has recently been added to the game.

I see statler and waldorf together in one of the badges

(Also the magical mailbox from gravity falls, a unicorn from onwards, the kindergarteners and old rusty both from recess, and fozzie as squire trelawney along with mr. Bimbo from muppet treasure island)

I can see M-O in a badge.

Where? Where?

I didn’t know that either!

Actually, that one was inspired by the Pines of Rome sequence in the sequel, Fantasia 2000, which celebrated it’s 20th anniversary last January. The original Fantasia came out in 1940, which that film will be celebrating it’s 80th anniversary in just two months, believe it or not.
