I think this badge was in the game for a while, but yes, since it was not approved for in-game, it got changed to Water Music (R3) I believe.
Or maybe it wasn’t that badge. But I do know there was some approval problems with a badge in early Reds and that it was changed to Water Music.

I think in this update. The game has no longer create new badge. Instead the old badge is now in platinum on yellow badges until the game will no longer and comes to end
