Looks like the battle pass is not giving the energy packs and you wouldn’t be able to get them even through support help. Also I’m not the only one with this problem, buy it at your own risk.

Thank you so much for your patience! We investigated your issue and you are not eligible for compensation as you purchased your battle pass prior to the season changeover which occurred on 11/01/2022 at 12AM CST.

Oh, wow, they just shut my request with out further answering my questions. I know they can follow that the energy packs didn’t get in my account and for sure they know I purchase the Battle Pass, but they aren’t willing to fix the problem.
