Does Baymax Wall-E disk extra 50% amount and duration affects all allies created shields or just his?

Yes a long time ago, but I usually use the Olaf disk with a freeze team but I’m trying a new team that uses shields and I want to know if the extra amount and time added to shields is just for him or all allies
