I have a BD mod attuned to tigger. Does anyone know if an attack speed mod upgrade will activate his Robin Hood memory disc? The disc provides healing whenever tigger receives an attack speed buff. Does the mod apply as a buff?

While I can’t say for sure since I don’t have any attack speed buff mods equipped, even if it did it would be mostly useless since it’s applied at the start of combat when he usually already has full health.
No it won’t work. Mods are base stats modifiers which apply out of combat. Its not like the mods would activate at the beginning of the wave and grant him the disk effect.
