Beware If you don't receive your items

So based on what you said here overall Loutre, Google Store and Apple Store should have a warning that the refund may lead to their account being suspended? That being the main fault in this case?

I have yet to find a place where it clearly states that refunds will lead to the account getting suspended, so when you are awake again could you post the document/article that states Google/Apple will suspend your account if you refund?
Would be appreciated if you did this Loutre :-).

It is our policy to do the suspensions, bans, warnings, but this is done via an automatic system when we receive the chargebacks from Google/Apple. This is in the TOS.

We will not be changing this system as chargebacks can sometimes be fraud. If you receive and use an item and then charge it back this is indeed fraud.

This player needed to send us a message before doing the chargeback so we could try and fix the issue. As the payment has been charged back already there may be nothing we can do.

As this discussion appears to have all of the answers already within the thread by me I will be closing the topic.

If the original player has more questions they can and should contact support.

As stated multiple times above, ALWAYS contact PERBLUE first with any payment issue before charging back purchases via Google/Apple.
