As an aside, I’d appreciate if it you didn’t dump on my support agents. They work hard answering all the tickets in a fast and accurate manner. We’re human, and we do make mistakes, so a little slack would be good from time to time. Thank you.

I would like if they can replicate that my comp vs that jafar line up. I already ask my friends to replicate this yet they told me their anger did not froze yet mine does.
I was not thrilled to have the same answer from two different people, even though the description from anger’s kit that he is immune to disables.
@Polaris so I encountered anger being frozen again. Was there any outcome to this investigation? My anger is max per cap, skill is maxed, and skill says immune based on enemy level, not on enemy skill level, so mod upgrades to certain skills shouldn’t affect this. I look forward to your response.
In fact when mod-enhanced abilities are taken into account, my Finnik had purple-enhanced mods, which made his purple ability 20 levels higher than his level (150 Finnik level) and 170 (Level of the ability purple) toward that its reletizations will affect enemies higher in level but the same level as its purple.
