Can’t launch game?

I am having the same issue. Mine crashes as soon as it opens.

Same. This update’s hit us pretty roughly. Hope it’ll resolve tomorrow if not sooner.

Hi everyone I just deleted the app and reinstalled it. Is my account safe? It’s through the Game Center?

If you logged in… I spoke with Polaris, and they said they are working on a fix that will help all of us and will not change the game for those unaffected.

Your account is safe and all game data and progress is safe too. I did it twice today. Didn’t work at all in those times. Hopefully tomorrow is the day.

I believe we justified compensation of some sort for what we missed out as a result of this update.

All I’m seeing mentioned is old iPhone models so I’m not surprised. This stuff happens games get updated and bigger and start to struggle on old tech.

I used to have iPhone 6 and the game would crash randomly (this was not just Disney Battle Mode this was others games too)

Updated to a iPhone XR and everything is fine for me even after this update also I’m currently on iOS 14.4

Memory capacity on your phone

Can’t see why some people are having problems and other are not
