I don’t think being on the latest firmware has anything to do with it as my mate who’s on 13.3 is having no problem

I have a iPhone 11 Pro Max and it’s not working for me. My phone is a new phone with the updated software.

Got an update:

I upgraded the software on my phone to 14.4 and it seems to be working fine for me. Logged back in and everything.

Found it strange how all it took was to upgrade my software- even though when I bought my phone they told me not to accept any updates. I guess lesson learned now.

Yeah! I have no explanation as to why it’s only working on some; but not all.

This is just getting stranger and stranger.

For me, it seemed like the update to iOS version 14 helped me access. However, I don’t see why the game update didn’t work on both. Unfortunately, I didn’t discover this until about 18 hours after the game update, so I was irked about the loss of stamina and other elements of the game.

For me it does not I push the game and it only puts a black screen for a second or two and then it sends me to my home screen again
