Hi there first time post so please be kind,
Trying to change server and I’m hitting my icon and going into accounts but there’s no option in there to switch account, create new account, nothing. All I get is a list of accounts, one of which is my old account which of course is the one I’m trying to get back to.
I’ve fiddled around with the options, disconnected from facebook and google play. My old account now seems to be lost and the steps I’m supposed to follow don’t recover it. What’s going on?
Yes I’ve searched on here for similar problems but can’t find anything, just the usual threads on how to change server, none of which work. I suspect I’m missing something obvious, in which case apologies but that’s what a community is for right?
Please help.
