I was getting Moana chips for the challenge of getting 25 chips for a hero in a week. I had received 20 and looking at finishing before the week deadline. New update and Moana is no longer available in the elite campaign. (Server 10) Now I cannot complete the task before the time ends without paying money. Fun factor dropping. If you are going to update the game, update the day that challenges change not 2 days before.

Yeah I was collecting jack sparrow and they removed him from elite campaign and I had 24 or the 25 needed. I am so angry right now

Iām at 21 of 25 (possibly moana) which was also removed.
I was fortunately able to figure out I was collecting Quorra and get my last 4 chips.

I was farming woody for the challenge, now he is only available from the arena shop, very unfortunate timing for this new update.

Same thing happened to me. 21/25 on buzz on S3 and he disappears without warning. Total B.S.!!!

The challenge information needs to be clearer on which hero we are working on.

Iām not sure that Iām going to continue playing any longer this has really gotten me upset. Disney needs to remedy this situation, it is unfair to rip the carpet out from under us. I was one away and would have gotten it tomorrow and now there is no time to start anew. I know the stickers are just for bragging rights but still, very unfair

I had the same problem! Server 4 here and was working on woody. Had 24/25 and then woody disappeared from the elite campaign. I reached out to perblue and havenāt heard anything.

Todayās update made it so we get tokens for the challenges to spend towards hero chips. It is more than just bragging rights now.

Same here with Mr. Incredible. I got as far as 23/25, but in the new update he isnāt available in elite campaign (server 12).

Weāre aware this is an issue for a large number of players, and weāre looking for a solution. Iāll let you know when we have a decision. Sorry about the inconvenience!

We will be making this challenge free to purchase starting tomorrow, and lasting for 1 week. If you were not able to finish it during the challenge time, open the āFall 2018 Challenge Bookā to find it, and give it another shot.
Any chance of some kind of compensation for those of us who used stamina and resets to reach the goal before this?

I have not been able to access the Fall 2018 book for my reset. I have a completed weekly sitting there and a quest I HAD TO PURCHASE to complete my dailies. Stuck on ācomplete all dailies to advanceā and a daily that reads āmake progress on a challenge.ā Doubt the thing available for a week is going to be up for me unless I drop 2k diamonds for an extra challenge slot Regardless, this was not the appropriate āsolutionā for those who worked on this challenge prior to the update.
