Last 2 refreshes were worthless. No one still uses Jessie or Bogo. How about they get another refresh.
Honestly all heroes here to some degree need a refresh. I ssy that because, while the Queen of Hearts is perfectly capable of living she is annoying to fight and deals very little damage.
But the Genie has never been very good and that is a shame. For a long time he has been st the top of my list for characters in need of a refresh. He also would benefit from a Red Skill.

No, EVE needs it the most but I picked Genie because I like Him slightly more.

I must admit, I want Tia Dalma cuz she is my strongest but out of these, I think Genie needs the most help, with Buzz a close second.
Idk anything about EVE or QoH though…

That may be true, but I bet it’s just taking a while for players to get them caught up to max. They’d have to spend a lot of stamina and gold, and then of course a daunting amount of Friendship tokens to level up their disks and they might also have to move around Mods just to be safe. Felix’s refresh happened a while ago but it’s only recently that players have found out how good he is in Arena defense, stalling down the clock and stopping enemies in their tracks with the help of Meg.
I bet Jessie and Bogo will make a return, but it will take a while.

Genie’s skill set seems too passive that “Cosmic Power” and “Energize” only supports two other weakest allies instead of his whole team and healing himself. That is why I am voting for him.

Maybe add another choice vote button to ‘all of the above’ if you’re not a bias and want all those mentioned heroes to get refresh.
They will give every hero a refresh, they just want to give it to the most popular first

You’re comparing a control hero to 2 damage heroes. So of course she doesn’t do as much damage. That’s not her role. But she’s amazing as is. She’s in the top 10 I use. Meanwhile, Genie has great potential, but he dies off too quickly to use his abilities. Out of all the characters listed, he needs it most because I’ve been able to use the others fine and more than him and that’s a shame. Genie can be a great hero.

So tia is in there considered for a refresh when just a few months ago she was nerfed for being too powerful? Why not just restore her stats to where they were before the nerf?

Same update as Baymax and Quorra.
I never stopped using Bogo. Just because I don’t have someone in my war/coli lineup doesn’t mean I find them useless.
Could you, or anyone else, elaborate on why she doesn’t need a refresh? I never see her in Arena/Coli teams in Plat 1 or Challenger, and I never see anyone talking about using her in City Watch, Invasion, Heist, or anywhere in the game at all, really.

Same as Genie, he never was part of meta… A… or even B tier in game, from the start PB make him weak and useless, 2 skills literally are linked to active and do nothing much. Green skill also might do nothing even if enemy is just 1 level above.
Genie also can’t self independently, defense are low, afterall he dies quickly.
Hero refreshes thoughtfully are for worst characters which desperately need kick of the power.
But for Genie… he should receive whole rework, hope it will happen on 1.17.10.
Buzz already have strong basic attacks and Zurg disk allow him to spam basic attacks, huge armor negation, crit chance and crit damage are making him good, as he’s now.
Genie have nothing, and he should receive hero refresh this time, last time he fail against Stitch, even if everyone is saying that Genie is the worst.
I would be pleased if Genie also receive red skill, these days without it ANY refresh doesn’t make sense. Jessie and Bogo are still bad.

Genie really needs refresh. I consider more to his role. He is more Support than Control. He only has one Control skill which make opponent stunt. The rest skills he has are Support skills for allies.
Buzz lightyear:Have low defensive stat reality/armor
His skills are good but low in damage
Genie:His skills is too passive, his two skills are white skills dependant
Lack in survivability, my suggestions is everytime he use his heal he became invincible or everytime he use his transform(im not sure what his skills name) he gain mana so he can use his white skills quickly to trigger his two other passive skills
Tia dalma:skills are low in damage and defensive stat need to inprove need red skils
My suggestions in her red skills is her white skills do % damage defend on enemies hp or if she use her white skills she gain boost in her skill power
I love Genie.
