This community is interesting, the 2 characters with the most complaints here in the comments are Quorra and Robin, but the 2 are leading, the character that most people admits is the worst and deserves the refresh is Kevin, but he is in last, doesn’t make any sense.

Sometimes, the most vocal aren’t necessarily the majority.

Because that is not what is in question here.
Everyone has their own motives for applying their votes.
You made yours and the members theirs, and each vote should be respected as such no matter the reason behind.
Everything is ok for a while and then Quorra is losing…again. I don’t even know many use or like Robin Hood that much…until today 
I like Robin Hood, and if I had enough resources to keep more heroes at Arena-usage levels, he’d be one of the ones I’d choose. In all honesty, he and Quorra don’t really need a refresh that badly, if at all.
Again, if they keep being close, they might both get it

If they stay close, there is a chance that Perblue will refresh Both like Bogo and Jessie, let’s hope for that :), i like Robin more, but i would like with Quorra or Alice getting a refresh as well.
At this point, I’ll move my vote between them, depending on who has less. Bc either one is ok for me

I honestly think Kevin is fine*. His Red Skill really allows him to shine, but only if it’s at max (like my Kevin). At that point, he is more than anti-CC, he legitimately makes a team unstoppable with buffs that keep stacking and stacking and stacking. His biggest hard-counter is Tron, who can just remove all the buffs in an instant.
*I acknowledge that his value relies on maxing out his Red Skill, which makes him more versatile. Without a max Red Skill, the rest of his kit is mediocre and he loses out on the massive HP and Skill Power bonus he would get from the Red Skill.
