A little off-topic here but yeah, this is such a huge fundamental flaw with red skills. I’m surprised they were designed this way and haven’t been changed yet. Skill chips are easily farmed - hero chips are not.

I think there will be some Hero Refreshes now and forever
But it’ll be a take a long time for Quorra to be refreshed!
I am also waiting some characters’ Hero Refresh. But They haven’t appeared in Hero Refresh poll yet…
Oh. Hope it will come with a refresh for Shank or Miguel then 
I hope Shank gets a red skill and/or a refresh soon
At least one more is coming with Robin Hood.
I still think we should get a hero refresh for every new hero introduced, though.
Kevin Flynn should be refresh and Quorra also need buff to fight against the new heroes.

i guess robin hood gstting a refresh is good but maybe they can pick one also so it can be 2 refreshs
