Our logic is bonkers. Due to this rex, genie and jessie become ghosts. They are useless. I voted rex because he needs it even if it is almost nothing. He has no damage or stun of any kind. The woret thing is he could be a good hero. But people and perblue are only interested in making good heroes even better. So yeah, great job perblue.

What is a Refresh?
a buff / slight change to the heroâs stats, skills & disks, to bring them closer to the ability of newer, more powerful heroes

@Lovely Honestly Iâm disappointed in Genie. He needs more power and a sort of link to someone, like Meg. Then their role could determine his wishes.

Stitch is strong and all but he is really nerfed
stitch could use a buff. also, i hope in the next update, we get a frozen 2 costume for elsa and anna as a character with the frozen 2 look.

I disagree on jack. Your point of backline glass cannons is actually the reason why he isnât useless. His MH disk allows him to destroy the enemy backline and for him to get off a lot of scares and healing.

My Jack can last sometimes. Heâs survived Ducky and Bunny hits tooâŠBut he canât last the whole way but nor can anyone else
Actually Ralph can stun or silence but vanellope role is damage and her damage are so low !
Also her position is terrible she always die and the skills animation are so slow .
All of her skills deals damage , and she canât do anything except damage so of course she need to have more damage .
Look at ducky and bunny all of their skill are damaging (except purple) , but they are one of most picked heroes in the game because the damage is so good .
Vanellope just need a better damages and her disks are garbage they need to remake them !
For example her dash disk give her basic damage which is useless for a hero that all of her skills are fantastic !
Her red skill can be
every time she deal damages enemies withshe her skills she gets stack of sweetness which increase her skill power .
So vanellope needs a huge refresh .

They did 3 refresh to rex and he didnât changed a lot and now he is in list again ,
You just need to increase damage to be balanced with new heroes !
Just increase amount of numbers and you see They will be useful !
This is felix and this is gonzo they have a same white skill , but amount of gonzo,s is nearly duplicate ! And they have same amount of stun !
So hero refresh are not that good !
Iâd say all the heroes of Zootopia, except probably Finnick, need a good refresh.
Look at Judy for example; with a fully upgraded Bogo friendship disk, sheâs invinsible for 6 second after being defeated. Gaston on the other hand is invisible for 8 second with NO FRIENDSHIP DISK. Itâs just his natural ability!

Especially when compared to Gaston. With fully upgraded Bogo disk, 6 seconds invincibility. Gaston no disk, 8 seconds.
