How have the other hero refreshes been?
Yes Sully got a main Hero refresh. Judy got minor refresh.
It makes Judy Felix disc more solid. IT WAS GREAT!
But I think Judyās skill itself needs refresh.
And Judy Bogo disc didnāt get any refresh. Originally Judy Bogo disc was worse than Judy Felix disc

She got a side character buff, but Felix did too before so it is not impossible.

I canāt even get mods even though I have Purple +1
Iām a little sad that at this point, Stitch is probably going to get the refresh when the other three characters need it more, Genie, Rex, and Jessie. (I know thereās 4 with Jack, but Iām excluding him; read below)
I donāt use Stitch much, so I canāt really say much about him, other than the fact that he may need some more increases in his Defenses since he can be a little weak on the side at times.
I love Jack Skellington, and I do believe he needs a refresh in the same way Sulley got a refresh, that is, boosting up the power of his skills, Whatās This?! and Trick-or-Treats, since at level 111, skills fully maxed out, at Orange 3, he should be dealing and healing more than 4 digits. (For reference, my Jack deals 6k+ damage/heals 2k+)
However, as much as I do love Jack, I donāt think he needs a refresh immediately, maybe in the future, yes, but in the next month or so? Mmm, not so much.
Genie is the character who needs the refresh immediately, if only because he has a bit more utility than Rex and Jessie. All that would be really needed was an increase in the amount of health he restores, in addition to being able to heal himself. That would make a far more reliable Blue Team healer.
Red has Mickey, and Yellow has Miguel and Joy; unless we get another (proper) healer character for Blue, like Cinderellaās Fairy Godmother, in the meantime, Genie should be refreshed to make him a better healer all around.
Rex isnāt nearly as useless as some people might think, considering that if you have the proper synergy in a team, Rex can pull his weight pretty well. I say this because thereās a person in my Coliseum who has a team of Sulley, Ralph, Rex, Wall-E, and EVE; Rex, with the help of EVE and Ralph, is able to shut down my team pretty quickly with his knockbacks and Silences.
But yes, more HP, Defenses, and Attack would be appreciated for everybodyās favorite cowardly dinosaur toy.
Nothing much to say for Jessie other than what I said above for Rex.

Perblue said that Disney has to approve the skills, I think Disney made this a condition, not so muc Perblue or it would have been changed a long time ago.

Yes it does. I was never going to onboard with that idea, cause he canāt grant wishes to himself. Itās been a while since Iāve seen Aladdin
Basic attacks were acceptable to heal himself (same as Scar).

Wait, you canāt win a team with Ralph? No one use Ralph, you probably are Low level or in a new server, Piggy can crush alone this team, and Rex is useless in everything he does, even to destroy shields, so no, no one thinks Rex is more useless then he actually is, he have no hp at all and nearly no damage, at R+2 maximun level his white skill do 46k damage, 46k you canāt even do enough damage to Vanellope another terrible character, Rex have 18k basic damage, Bo peep a new character have 75K with a counter atack that deal 205k damage, i donāt think i still need to say more, Rex is one of the worst tanks in the game Alongside Ralph, but Ralph is in another level of badā¦
@Card_Brigade never said that he was good. Card is just saying that if Rex is paired up with the right team, he can be decent.

they still are all weaker players 
the top teams can be 600k
probably these players donāt have the newest strong heros, they are using mostly old ones
