@Polaris you stated to look into the Citywatch Resets to increase. But since than nothing heard about it. Since Arena and Coliseum gives Resets Tickets which on the highest Tier are 9 it should increased cause loosing 7 Resets makes the Reward Pointless.

I agree. I think City Watches needs resets anytime daily. Especially if there are contests or challenges related to it.
