Suppose so and yeah, hopefully we get an answer later today and if possible some clarifications for the future :-).
The thing that bites me is the investment of time and resources into this contest and the tier rewards would of helped advancement in the contest if even a slight margin.
We’re looking into why the progress rewards were not sent. We’ll make sure everyone gets their progress rewards, but please be patient while we investigate.

As someone in server 19, I’d like to thank perblue for appreciating our hard work and rewarding us with the top tier rewards even though we fell short of 50M.

We gave all the servers all the progress rewards, even if they didn’t make the 50M points.

Hi that’s super everyone got the progress rewards…but what about server 16 who did get all 5 stars, we were very much looking Forward to getting the end of contest top tier rewards as well…? We earned them! Please tell me those are coming too!

I appreciate Perblue’s solution that they’ve given us Donald Duck and bacon, but something didn’t sit right with me when I heard this;
・If they focus on “Player appreciation week”, they should have gaven away a free Donald Duck to all players like Jasime did, or may had been better to made Donald as sign-in hero like mickey or Goofie.
・If they focus on cooperative event for the whole server, it may had been better to made the systems that severs could be compete each other: scoring in same points of course ; and given rewards per rank.
This time they gave reward to those servers which even though they didn’t make 50M, It makes me feel unfairness and being felt our hard work haven’t rewarded enough.
Nevertheless, I’m enjoying this game so much and looking forward what coming up next.

My server won 1st place and we STILL havent gotten the reward for it.

Not true. You never compete with others servers. So it does not matter how many resources they get, or how many heroes they get.
No it specifically says in rankings
“Rank 1” and underneath it shows rewards for each ranking all the way up to rank 200.
The problem is all the servers haven t the same amount of points for arena battle wins for example

That’s your individual ranking on your own server. There are only 20 servers, lol

Regardless. I have the screenshot to prove it says I am ranked 1 and I received nothing for it.
If you ranked outside of the top 200 it will show you as rank 1. It’s easier than showing individual ranks for thousands of players. Rather than checking your rank on the rank rewards screen, check it on the rankings screen in future. It only updates every 24 hours but will give you a more accurate idea of where you place.
I can’t be the only one who feels mugged off for trying a lot in the contest and winning the border only for it to be sent out to everyone in the game the next day

@Pipsqueak I agree that it isn’t particularly fair but at the same time considering just how terribly the contest went from start to finish I don’t think the developers really had any other option.
I just hope that a great deal of learning has been done with this one and the next server contest goes much better and as a result the rewards are given out more fairly.
