So my question would be.
Are you guys planning on allowing people to unlock cosmetic rewards like how we were before the crates? Allowing it to feel like achievements that you got a heros emotes n stuff vs just luck based and being solely reliant on cosmetic crates ?

Nope, they like the crates because people want to pay for cosmetic bundles

Technically the Firework emoji is considered a cosmetic, and they just gave that to all players for free.
F2P can get the crates through CO-OP contests or free gifts (like the ones from today) too…
