The regular cosmetic crates are terrible value. The ratio of dupes to new is so bad. And the guaranteed ones are so scarce either as prizes or to purchase. I just got 23 dupes out of 25 crates.

I have opened several cosmetic crates, some of which were paid for with real money and in over a year, I have not gotten even 1 costume thread for Officer Wilde.
It is always emojis or emoji dupes, which are useless.
