Kakamora are kind of villains, I think of them as obstacles
Tamatoa is technically a villain, but not as “antagonizing” as Te Ka. Te Ka is Te Fiti, corrupted without her heart, so she’s the “main villain” but she’s not 100%.
So Tamatoa is our best bet.

“You will die, die, die die. Now it’s time for me to break apart, your aching heart” seems like a villain to me, not to mention how EPIC he looks when he is bioluminescent

We should get Tamatoa in game. I know they stopped making outfits, but a bioluminescent outfit for him would be good.

The toys from toy story are small yet they are bigger and more human like in the game
Also if that’s really a problem they could do somthing like alice and maleficent.
They made toy story characters… think about it for a second. Bo peep, a porcelain figure, is friends with a human warrior. Unless the toy story characters are like the movie Lightyear claims to be

At least the toys are all proportional to each other… Tamatoa is bigger than Moana by a huge amount

Yes. However proportions among characters of the same franchise must be kept. Tamatoa is massive compared to Maui and Moana
