He’s incredibly strong & overpowered against the right opponents, but still a solid A tier otherwise. Not a great defence hero as a result.

Randall’s isn’t at any level needed, there isn’t any situation where this disk will become handy in combat, so far it’s waste for disk power and memories.

And second disk… also bad but at least always will work (From Mushu)

At least it can be used with certain teams, the other disk is situational but the situation comes rarely.

The one from Mushu will always work as Basil have two DoT damage skills, yet 25% is VERY poor amount, and for him removing reality is also pointless.
But the basic damage… nice.

Silence never comes from enemy side, nobody uses Mushu in challengers and so it’s barely seen in CW.
Plus heroes have tenacity, evasion…

Since the disk hasn’t been released, we can hope it’s still being tested and the percentage will be bigger at last…
