What makes chef skinner good?

Damage is good
Blue skill gives huge BD and SP boosts, and armor and reality with red skill unlocked.
Purple skill can constantly deal damage to enemies.

That post was just a preview of the next hero movements, a new tier list wouldnât have to be made for 2 heroes. Thatâll probably be after the next refreshes

His final placement is about the same place as the prediction.
Unlike Skinner, which improved a lot, from B to S tier.
