nice one I don’t see an issue with city watch, is it something to do with red skill chips?
Easy not always easy, red skill random rates (personally like to see 4 spinners instead of three since use 4 normal and one merc)… just depends on the player and what you expecting out of it. Would have done something else more , but figured it would be flagged so kept it civil to city watch .
Its never easier, the level of the creeps does not change depending on difficulty
Easy: HP and energy regen
Medium: No HP and energy regen
Hard: Medium + a ward
Epic: Hard + another ward
I don’t have red heroes so I can’t argue on the other point, but I think your right, that should be improved
Is it though? 
Precise makes enemy’s Evasion useless
