General rate is 5 chips for 400 diamonds I think.
Those bundles can be really helpful when there are 30 chips. So I agree, it would be pretty helpful. But it would be more awesome if we got new heroes 30 chip for 400 diamonds too!
Only Diamond Bundle I understand worth (IMO) is Skill Point Consumables as I don’t use any old hero(except Nick).
