Tbh, if B&B didn’t exist and she had 2020 stats, I imagine she would still be pretty useful in today’s meta with her skillset being almost exactly how it is now, especially with the Energy steal from “What’s the Sitch?”
Maybe you’re right. But back then there wasn’t any counter to Merlin + Barbossa, before T&P. Well there was Anger, but while he did help with Merlin a bit, Kim’s slow would rule with zero counters, and even after T&P’s release it’d still be very useful

Not sure if she would “rule the world” Bo, Duke and D&B were very brutal. Even now Bo can do more damage than Kim.
And now, she is awfully outdated, she was released with same stats she was firstly made (for) in May 2019. Still waiting for refresh…
Yes but Bo and D&B had the highest HP as well. If the slow wasn’t enough, at least one would die by her blue skill.
Now she’s just bad, but back then she’d be great. Evasion and negation would work too
