Was testing out Barley, turns out this happened. You wouldn’t think she would steal the Encouragement did ya?
The Encouragement isn’t a buff, it’s wording for Barley giving the ally a percent of the damage he absorbs from his White Skill as Basic Damage, Skill Power and Max HP.

Oh well, they didn’t really specify that too well. I guess Encourage is a buff. Interesting.
PB needs to get better with the way they specify whether something is a buff or just a term for the buffs applied. It is rather confusing.
