Maybe, but his Ralph disk is at 3-Stars. And it gives him a chance to dodge Disables. Beside I have plenty of Healers, so I’m sticking with Ralph Disk. His Woody disk actually makes him weaker than Ralph disk.

That difference is only because you haven’t upgraded the Woody disk enough. Trust me, it is much better. It makes him a great healer. The Ralph disk needs a complete overhaul.
And yes, power means very little in comparison to actual utility and usefulness.

Yes, but that doesn’t mean that he’s worse. In fact, Woody disk is WAY better than Ralph.

Eh… maybe not a complete overhaul. The ability to dodge disables is okay in its own right.
Woody disk is definitely better, though.

True, but the chance is too low. Other heroes have better and more reliable disable dodging.
It becomes a 100% chance at 5* BUT that’s just one disable. Others can consistently block more. Idk, maybe it has more potential than I thought.
See, I have both of powerline´s disks, I have Goofy´s at 5 stars and Ducky´s at 2, I use more ducky´s for the usability.
