Yes, yes, yes, and @Phal (perhaps the most well-known Hiro user on the forums) will back me up on this.
Hiro’s Darkwing disk allows him to stun more enemies, which in turn, will grant him more Skill Power from his Blue Skill, which improves the damage of said Blue Skill as well as Megabot’s HP.

Yep DW disk is much better.
Altough I’ve seen some cases where Baymax disk is great as well - mainly with Jim

Like this season Hiro[Ba] plus Jim kills the team in seconds with stun.
So imo both disks are handy.

I’m probably the only one who doesn’t see Jim as the most useful 
He’s just another T&P and Fear to me: Very useful, but not to me.
