Y1 240 Vanellope has more HP than Y0 240 Kim, I can’t find any reason to push her above D-tier, oh well, if only badges were good… but she got three worst badges from the latest ranks in Y1 making it just worthless to upgrade her, and improved healing badge, what she is supposed to do it with this, her HP is so low 20% would be enough, but here she is, with 95%.

Soon you’ll have two other ones 
But I think the princesses that will be boosted for part 2 will be Mulan, Moana and Rapunzel, the other 3 currently in the collection. Probably not Pocahontas
