The slow is extremely powerful, the problem is its aoe that is really tiny
Still if it happens to apply to an enemy they’re just not gonna move anymore as long as Billy lives. Doesn’t happen often but I’ve seen it happen a few times
yes, I can’t get passed stage 4 because of dumb Megavolt zapping Sarah because Winifred gets to activate her white skill because she deals all the damage in wave one. I wanna get Winifreds red skill so that I can get her to zap both Goofy and Megavolt but Epic City Watch failed me today 
Winifred almost cracks into the top 30, but not quite. Mary’s definitely in my top 20 though.
I use Mary and Winnie quite a lot and both feel very worth the investment, and quite satisfying to use too.
Never built Sarah for the reason you mentioned. Don’t see a lot of potential in her but I’m curious to see if she could have any use. If one was able to make use of her slow consistently maybe…
I have a feeling she will get refreshed since there is a trial event but I find her very useful because she is rarely targeted as long as you use her white skill and her basic attacks do pretty good damage.

A. Daisy’s Donald Disk.
B. Slim chance I may use him in my coli team.
C. I wanna do some teams with heroes like main disney characters like Mickey, Minnie (Promoted pretty well, top 9 strongest hero), Daisy (2nd strongest hero in game), Goofy, etc.
D. Red invasion
